Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Treadmill Tracker ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Treadmill Tracker. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Verified runs and fair play
Treadmill Tracker verifies runs by using AI to read the display you photograph. You agree to submit only genuine photos of your own real treadmill activity.
To keep leaderboards and challenges fair, you must not fake verifications, edit or stage treadmill displays, submit images that are not your own runs, automate the app, or otherwise manipulate rankings, streaks, XP, or achievements. Violations may result in removal of affected runs, removal from leaderboards, or suspension or termination of your account.
4. Photos and content you submit
You keep ownership of the photos and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the app — for example, to verify runs, calculate your stats, and display your activity to others according to your privacy setting.
You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Premium features are offered as an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically at the then-current price.
You manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s App Store settings — deleting the app or your account does not cancel an active subscription. Purchases, refunds, and billing are subject to the App Store’s terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for anything unlawful; do not reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service; do not attempt to access data that is not yours; and do not harass or harm other users.
7. Health disclaimer
Treadmill Tracker is a fitness-tracking app, not a medical service, and does not provide medical or professional fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing any exercise program. You use the app and exercise at your own risk.
8. Service "as is"
We work hard to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may add, change, or discontinue features.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the app.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the app operator is located, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
