Delete Account
You can permanently delete your Treadmill Tracker account and data at any time. This is immediate and cannot be undone.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once you delete your account, we cannot recover it or your data.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile and settings.
- All of your runs and their metrics.
- Your XP, achievements, and streaks.
- Your follows and followers, and your notifications.
- Every treadmill photo you scanned, including stored files.
What to know first
Deletion is permanent and irreversible — we cannot recover your account or data afterward.
If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it separately in your device’s App Store settings to stop future billing.
We may retain a minimal amount of information where required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse.
How to delete your account
In the app: open Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away and you are signed out.
Prefer email? Write to from your account’s email address and we will delete your account for you.
