Getting a clean scan

Runs are verified by scanning your treadmill display. For the best read, capture the whole console in good lighting with the distance, time, and pace clearly visible and in focus.

A run wasn’t verified

Only genuine, readable treadmill displays can be verified. If a scan is rejected, retake the photo in better lighting with the numbers fully visible and try again. If it still fails, contact us and let us know what happened.

Account and billing

Manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s App Store settings. You can restore a previous purchase from Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases.

Privacy and your data

You can edit your profile, change who can see your activity, and permanently delete your account from Settings at any time. See Delete Account for details.
